Refund policy

I DO NOT offer refunds but I will gladly accept exchanges or offer credit for equal or less value.
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery.
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery.
Exchange details : An exchange is only offered if item is defective and is returned with original packaging ( in the case of my handmade jewelry, defective means the piece cannot be worn securely i.e. an earring post is to wide for the earring back, or an S hook is not latching securely on a jump ring). Please keep in mind the materials being used and created have properties that may add to the design. Not every piece will look exactly alike! In the case of mistakes on our part,( being sent the wrong piece) we will exchange your item as soon as you notify us and return the incorrect piece, and all related shipping costs will be covered by us. If there is nothing available of equal or lesser value we will gladly give you a credit for future purchases in our shop. We would appreciate you contacting us as soon as possible to give us the opportunity to rectify the issue.
